ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED UPS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving order. We ship to UNITED STATES DESTINATIONS ONLY due to package size/weight and shipping costs.

Return/Refund Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your product, therefore, we offer a 30 days money back guarantee on all products. Returns are accepted only if the item is still within the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee is charged for each return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed according to how they were charged.
We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged. If the product was shipped wrong we will be happy to replace with the correct item. All products include a manufactors warranty and they have requirements that must be met. Please review Hammaka Return and Warranty Policies and Outback Warranty Policies. Please keep your reciept for proof of purchase. We are dedicated to getting the correct merchandise to you in excellent condition and make every effort to do so. However, if your order arrives incomplete or unsatisfactory, please notify us at onthegohammocks.com immediately. We will then advise you how to return / replace your merchandise.
Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will see this credit on your credit card statement. Checks will be mailed to the billing address on the original order along with a cover letter specifying the return details.
When returning products we recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund processed.
If you prefer to pay by personal check, please send us an email telling us the item number(s), description, color and price. We will figure the shipping costs and email you with the total amount due. You may then mail a check to PSS Enterprises, On the Go Hammocks, 22060 Creamery Rd, Morrison, IL 61270. Please keep in mind that when you pay with a personal check, your order will be delayed for up to two weeks while we wait for the check to clear. Cashiers Checks and Money Orders are processed immediately. Once your check has been processed, we will ship your order.
