



Hammaka 2-Year Proper Use Warranty
All Hammaka products have a 2-Year Proper Use Warranty. The warranty extends only for the period of time set forth above. The period commences from the date of the purchase.
Please take a moment to register your products. Registering your products online will ensure that warranty issues are validated and processed quickly. Failure to register your products may cause delay and possible loss of the critical information we need to validate your warranty. Register at www.Hammaka.com.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
No Product may be returned directly to Hammaka without first contacting Hammaka for an RMA number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA in approved packaging. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product. To request an RMA, please go to http://www.hammaka.com/rma/.
Warranty Requirements
1. Original receipt from a On the Go Hammocks must be provided.
(No credit card slips will be accepted)
2. Product must be registered online within 30 days of purchase date.
3. All product (including defective parts) are to be returned to the Hammaka warehouse.
4. Package must be clearly marked with an RMA number (see above).
Warranty Limitations
Hammaka's warranty provides that, subject to the following limitations, each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Hammaka's specification for the particular Product.
Limitation of Damages
Hammaka’s entire liability for any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective product.
Notwithstanding anything else in this policy or otherwise, Hammaka will not be liable with respect to the products under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any amount in excess of the purchase price for the defective product or for any general, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages.
Use of the Product
Hammaka will have no liability for any Product returned if Hammaka determines that:
• The product was stolen
• The asserted defect:
A. is not present
B. cannot reasonably be fixed because of damage occurring when the Product is in the possession of someone other than Hammaka, or
C. is attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration, accident or mishandling while in the possession of someone other than Hammaka.
• The Product was not sold to you as new.
HAMMAKA HAMMOCKS RETURN POLICY
1. There is a 2 year warranty on all Hammaka products covering manufacturers’ defects. Warranty does not cover color fading or the misuse or mistreatment of the product.
2. Proof of Purchase is required in order to complete return. (Hammaka needs to validate that product
is ours in order to accept return)
*Proof of Purchase must come from On the Go hammocks
*We will accept scanned image of the Original receipt by fax or by email.
3. Each Return must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number assigned by
Hammaka). Hammaka will not accept returns without prior authorization or an RMA number.
4. Only one RMA number can be issued for a receipt or and invoice.
5. No refunds will be issued for returned product. Defective product will be replaced with new product.
6. Customers are responsible for insuring an items return. On the Go Hammocks recommends using a carrier
with tracking capabilities. We will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
7. Unless authorized, all return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
8. Shipping fees are non refundable. Customers are always responsible for return shipping costs and
insurance. Hammaka will not reimburse any customer return shipping costs.
9. Hammaka will issue call tags if all the following apply.
1. Proof of Purchase is within 60 days.
2. Customer has supplied us with a fax or an emailed copy of the Proof of Purchase.
Proof of Purchase is defined as a receipt from On the Go Hammocks
3. Customer has supplied Hammaka with images showing the following.
a. The product is a Hammaka Product.
b. The product falls under our defective return policy.
